Operator

Sendzovo is operated by Muhammad Umar, based in Pakistan, operating under the Sendzovo brand ("Sendzovo", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating a Sendzovo account, purchasing a service or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Sendzovo is a hosted software-as-a-service platform designed for developers and businesses.

Sendzovo services may include:

• Transactional email delivery through SMTP and REST API
• Sending-domain management and verification
• SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration tools
• Email delivery analytics and event logs
• Bounce and complaint processing
• Suppression management
• Email verification
• Developer APIs and integrations
• Webhooks
• Reputation and deliverability tools

Features and usage limits may vary according to the applicable plan.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining a Sendzovo account.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account, SMTP credentials, API keys and other authentication credentials.

You must take reasonable steps to protect your credentials and promptly notify Sendzovo if you believe your account has been compromised.

Authorized email sending

You may use Sendzovo only for lawful email communications for which you have an appropriate relationship with, authorization from, or lawful basis to communicate with the recipient.

You are responsible for compliance with applicable anti-spam, privacy, electronic communications and data-protection laws.

Prohibited use

You must not use Sendzovo for:

• Unsolicited bulk email or unlawful spam
• Purchased, scraped, harvested or unlawfully obtained lists
• Phishing or credential theft
• Fraud or deceptive impersonation
• Malware distribution
• Illegal content or services
• Harassment or abuse
• Misleading sender identities
• Attempts to bypass suppression systems
• Attempts to evade abuse or reputation controls
• Activity that materially damages Sendzovo infrastructure or reputation

Sendzovo may apply sending limits or other protective restrictions when reasonably necessary to protect recipients, platform security, IP reputation, domain reputation or other customers.

Domain ownership and authorization

You may configure only domains and sender identities that you own or are authorized to use.

Sendzovo may require DNS verification, DKIM, SPF, DMARC or other technical verification before enabling sending.

Email verification

Sendzovo email verification evaluates technical and reputation signals to estimate whether an email address appears valid, invalid, risky, disposable, unknown or otherwise classifiable.

Email verification is probabilistic and does not guarantee that:

• A mailbox will continue to exist
• A future email will be accepted
• A message will reach the inbox
• A recipient has consented to receive email
• A recipient will engage with a message

Plans and service allowances

Sendzovo offers free and paid software plans containing defined service features and usage allowances.

Plan email allowances represent the amount of Sendzovo email-delivery service available under the selected plan.

These allowances are not money, virtual currency, stored monetary value, gift cards or transferable account balances.

Unused plan email allowances have no cash value and remain available until they expire according to the applicable plan.

Verification credits similarly represent a defined amount of Sendzovo email-verification service. They cannot be transferred, withdrawn, exchanged or redeemed for money.

Pricing and payment

Current prices, billing periods, included allowances and applicable features are displayed on the Sendzovo Pricing page and/or during checkout.

By confirming a purchase, you agree to pay the amount presented before checkout is completed.

Taxes may be calculated and collected where required.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record. Where applicable, that provider may process payment, calculate or collect taxes, issue receipts, manage chargebacks or process refunds.

Recurring subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed subscription price at the applicable billing interval until cancellation.

You may cancel future renewal through the available Sendzovo billing controls or through the applicable payment provider where required.

Cancellation normally becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Sendzovo Refund & Cancellation Policy .

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Deliverability

Sendzovo provides infrastructure intended to facilitate legitimate email delivery, but successful inbox placement cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by factors including:

• Recipient mail-server policies
• Sender and domain reputation
• IP reputation
• DNS configuration
• Recipient engagement
• Message content
• Spam filters
• Blocklists
• Recipient-server failures or deferrals

Bounces, complaints and suppression

Sendzovo may process email delivery failures, bounces, spam complaints, reputation signals and related events.

Sendzovo may suppress recipient addresses following hard bounces, spam complaints or other signals where continued sending could harm recipients or platform reputation.

Customers must not intentionally bypass suppression mechanisms.

Suspension and termination

Sendzovo may investigate, restrict, rate-limit, suspend or terminate an account, domain or credential where reasonably necessary because of:

• Spam or abuse
• Fraud
• Security risks
• Excessive complaints or bounces
• Legal violations
• Non-payment
• Violation of these Terms
• Activity that threatens Sendzovo or third-party infrastructure or reputation

Customer data

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to Sendzovo.

You authorize Sendzovo to process that data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, monitor, maintain and improve the service, enforce policies, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of recipient data complies with applicable law.

Intellectual property

Sendzovo and its software, website, branding, documentation, designs and related materials are owned by Sendzovo or its applicable licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Sendzovo intellectual property to you.

Service availability and changes

Sendzovo aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may perform maintenance, introduce new functionality, modify existing functionality or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sendzovo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee particular email-delivery rates, inbox placement, business outcomes or uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in this section excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sendzovo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination by the customer

You may stop using Sendzovo at any time and may cancel future renewal of paid subscriptions using the available billing controls.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will update the effective or last-updated date and provide additional notice where appropriate.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply based on a customer's location.
