How Sendzovo handles account, message and operational data.

This Privacy Policy explains how Sendzovo processes personal data when people use our website, transactional email platform and email verification tools.

Effective: September 8, 2026 Last updated: September 8, 2026

Information we collect

We may collect account information, plan and billing status, technical information such as IP address and API activity, support communications, and information submitted through the Service.

Transactional email data

When a customer sends email through Sendzovo, we may process sender and recipient addresses, message identifiers, timestamps, delivery events, bounces, complaints, suppression status and, where technically necessary, message content for delivery, troubleshooting, security and requested logs.

Email verification data

When customers submit addresses for verification, we process those addresses and related technical results to perform syntax, domain, MX, mailbox-availability and risk checks.

Billing and subscription data

We may process plan selection, subscription status, service allowances, transaction references, purchase amounts and related billing information. Full payment-card details may be collected directly by the payment provider or Merchant of Record rather than by Sendzovo.

How we use information

We use information to provide and administer the Service, route and troubleshoot email, perform verification, calculate usage, manage service allowances and subscription entitlements, prevent abuse, provide support, secure accounts, comply with law and improve reliability.

Customer-controller relationship

For recipient data submitted by customers, the customer generally determines the purpose of processing and Sendzovo generally acts as a service provider or processor, subject to applicable law and any data-processing agreement.

Sharing and service providers

We may share data with infrastructure, hosting, network, payment, fraud-prevention, analytics, support and professional-service providers where necessary to operate the Service, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell recipient email lists.

International transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than the customer’s or recipient’s country. Where required, we use or rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

Retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain billing and security records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use essential cookies for authentication, security and preferences. If we use non-essential analytics or similar technologies that require consent, we will provide appropriate notice and controls.

Privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data or withdraw consent.

Children

Sendzovo is a business and developer service and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, vendors or legal requirements change. When we make changes, we will update the effective or last-updated date shown on this page.
