What your Sendzovo subscription includes
A paid Sendzovo plan provides access to Sendzovo's hosted software platform together with a defined amount of transactional email delivery and email verification usage for the applicable service period.
Plan email allowances are service usage allowances only. They are not cash, virtual currency, gift cards, stored monetary value or transferable account balances.
Unused plan email allowances have no cash value and remain available until their configured expiry date.
Email verification credits
Verification credits represent access to a defined number of Sendzovo email verification requests.
Verification credits may only be used for Sendzovo email-verification services. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for money or used as a general-purpose payment balance.
Verification results may include classifications such as valid, invalid, risky, disposable or unknown depending on available technical signals.
Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the price and billing period displayed before checkout.
Customers may cancel future subscription renewal using the billing controls provided by Sendzovo or the applicable payment provider.
Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by the payment provider or Merchant of Record according to the customer's location.
